YY, a Risk Services Partner at PwC, leads their national internal audit practice in NZ, currently is part of the PwC NZ Board, and is also part of the PwC Global Risk Services Leadership Team. She has served as Chair for over 2 years across two consecutive terms on the IIA NZ Board, has been a member of IIA NZ since 2013 and was both the MC and part of the 2019 IIA NZ Conference Organising Committee. YY is excited to bring Auckland representation and drive sustainability as well as modernisation of our profession alongside fellow members. |

Tee Chow heads the Internal Audit team at New Zealand’s largest developer and property manager, Kāinga Ora. He brings with him 15 years of experience in New Zealand and Singapore across diverse roles in internal audit, finance, consulting, corporate, and private and public sectors. This deep experience, at all levels of management and governance, has driven Tee Chow’s passion for Internal Audit advocacy, development and maturity. Tee Chow is looking forward to contributing to the Board and the future of the profession. |

Shaun currently heads the Internal Audit team at Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu, previously heading the team in the Christchurch City Council. Shaun has over 18 years experience across many sectors and roles, with 9 years leading internal audit functions. Shaun values constructive relationships and has a reasoned inclusive style. He is passionate about the Internal Audit profession and has been contributing with the board for over seven years. This has initially been focused on education strategy and has morphed into a Treasury role that Shaun enjoys. |

As a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Chartered Accountant, Jocelyn gained substantial auditing, accounting, and finance experience with a large multi-national organisation. Her high perseverance allowed her to deliver results that consistently met management expectations. She leads by example, and good time management enables her to lead and build a solid rapport with teams. She has a positive outlook and caring style of leadership skills that allow her to help others to achieve tremendous success through positive inspiration. Jocelyn’s career history includes her experience as an external auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Kuala Lumpur and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Auckland from 1995 to 2019. She also had internal audit experience with Fujifilm Business Innovation from 2019 to 2021 and currently working with AIA New Zealand as Internal Audit Manager. |

With over 10 years practical experience, backed up with a range of formal qualifications, she recognises the value of effective internal audit and governance processes. |

Ramon has been practicing internal audit for more than 25 years in New Zealand and overseas. He is currently Chief Audit Executive and General Manager at healthAlliance and was named Internal Auditor of the Year 2017. At this stage of his career, he has started sharing his experience and knowledge through mentoring and board memberships at not-for-profit organisations. His main interest is in promoting education and training for the next generation of internal auditors to equip them with the skills to drive positive change within their organisations and communities. |

Grace is a Senior Manager at KPMG based in Wellington and has been an IIA NZ member since 2016. During this time, Grace has been involved in numerous events and brings enthusiasm and passion for internal audit. Her recent entrance to the profession means that she can bring new ideas and align the interests of those new to this profession to those with more experience. Grace has experience providing internal audit and advisory services to both public and private organisations and is a strong advocate for the value of internal audit. |

Rob is an accomplished risk and internal audit professional with over 15 years of experience. He is a Partner at Grant Thornton and has been leading risk, internal audit, and fraud functions since 2013. He was also the recipient of the Internal Auditor of the Year in 2013. Rob has presented at many IIA NZ conferences. As part of his professional and non-professional roles in the community, Rob has learned and seen first-hand the positive difference that constructive and involved governance members can add to an organisation. |
