Fiona is an experienced non-executive director in publicly listed, privately owned commercial, Crown and not-for-profit entities across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure (renewable energy, natural gas), retirement villages, express package, technology, financial services, professional services and sport. Prior to her governance career, Fiona held Executive leadership roles in NZ and overseas in funds management, asset management and private equity. Fiona has also practised privately and “in-house” as a senior corporate and commercial lawyer in NZ and overseas, specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
