Magnus Walker is a Senior Solicitor at Robertsons Barristers and Solicitors. He is an experienced commercial and civil litigator who resolves disputes through litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation. 

Magnus acts for private clients, insurers and their insureds. He has particular expertise in professional liability. He advises company boards, directors, auditors, accountants, solicitors and other financial professionals in both civil and regulatory matters. Clients value his sound judgement and strategic advice on complex, high-stakes disputes.

Before re-joining Robertsons earlier this year, Magnus practised in London for four years with two large City firms, where he acted on a wide range of commercial disputes. 

Magnus holds an LLB from the University of Canterbury and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2017.
