Ram Aman Singh hails from Suva in Fiji. He is the youngest of four siblings. Lives with his a 6 year old son and wife in Suva, Fiji.

Ram is an accomplished audit leader with over 15 years of experience across the Pacific region, spanning Fiji, Samoa, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Vanuatu, Malaysia, and the United States. He currently serves as Head of Audit, Risk & Governance at Vision Investments Limited (VIL) and its subsidiaries, where he plays a key executive role reporting to the Audit, Finance and Risk Sub-Committee and contributing to strategic decision-making at the senior management level. Vision Investment limited is a listed Company on the South Pacific Stock Exchange.

Ram’s expertise covers internal audit, enterprise risk management, compliance, investigations, and operational assurance. He is recognized for pioneering data-driven audit methodologies, including the use of analytics and dashboards to enhance risk insights, strengthen controls, and drive performance improvements. His work has led to measurable outcomes such as cost savings, margin improvement, enhanced reporting standards, and strengthened governance frameworks.

Throughout his career, Ram has held senior audit and finance roles across fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution, manufacturing, retail, logistics and professional services (public accounting). His experience includes uncovering fraud and misappropriation risks, leading complex investigations, improving operational efficiencies, and advising multinational and regional businesses on risk and compliance challenges.

As a member of Association Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (Fiji and New Zealand), Ram is passionate about advancing the audit profession and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. He is also a Six Sigma White Belt and brings strong analytical and change management capabilities to his work.

Beyond his professional role, Ram contributes to the community as a Senior Executive Member and Volunteer First Responder, supporting emergency response and community service initiatives in Fiji.
