He is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience across Big Four public accounting firms, specialising in risk and compliance, blockchain, and financial services.

With more than 21 years of international business experience across the USA, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines, Brazil, Mexico, Belgium, the UK, Germany, Italy, and Bermuda, Jason has planned, conducted, and quality-reviewed complex information technology audits and business transformation projects. His expertise spans financial, operational, and IT risk management, including the implementation of cost-effective internal controls to minimise risk and maximise organisational value.

Jason has a strong record in executive and audit committee engagement, presenting audit findings and strategic recommendations that drive organisational improvement. He is recognised as a people-focused leader, providing supervision and coaching that fosters professional growth, and as a client-focused professional who effectively manages stakeholder expectations.

An experienced educator and facilitator, Jason was recognised among the Rochester Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in 2008 and is the author of “IT Auditing and Application Controls for Small and Mid-Sized Enterprises” (Wiley, 2013). His technical background covers a wide range of financial systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, BAAN, PeopleSoft), operating environments (mainframe, OS/400), and networks (Active Directory). He has worked across multiple industries including manufacturing, financial services, technology, telecommunications, and real estate.
