YY leads PwC New Zealand’s Internal Audit practice, is the PwC Global Risk Services Talent Leader, and sits on the PwC Global Risk Services Leadership Team, meaning she is well-tuned on mega trends. YY is the immediate-past Chair of the Institute of Internal Auditors New Zealand and previously sat on the PwC New Zealand Board.

YY is passionate about working with Boards, Executives, and Management to build long-lasting relationships, provide trust and confidence, and drive continuous improvement. Ultimately, she seeks to help people and organisations effectively see, take, and manage risks. She supports internal audit, governance, and strategic programmes for a diverse range of organisations often with multi-jurisdictional operations, by leveraging her certifications in accountancy, IT audit, agile, and project management.
